Special Calf & Yearling Sale. No trend applicable, as there hasn't been a recently reported sale. Lower undertones noted. The CME feeder cattle futures down today, reflecting the last several weeks in the market. The auction consisted of 2+ loads of yearling steers and a load of yearling heifers, along with many smaller strings. Demand was good on yearling cattle, moderate on light calves. Many unweaned calves today. The next auction is December 4.
