"Special Feeder Cattle Sale". Compared to the auction just one week ago, 500 - 600 lb steer calves were 10.00 to 17.00 higher, 600 - 700lb were 8.00 to 10.00 higher and 700 - 750 lb calves were 14.00 higher. Heifer trade saw 500 - 600 lb calves fully steady with 600 - 700 lb calves 2.00 to 11.00 higher. Available in today's heavy supply were home-raised, green, LTW'd reputation feeder steers and heifers. Demand was very good. Standing room only crowd. The next scheduled special sale is Jan 15.
