Compared to the cattle auction 2 weeks ago, 700 - 800 lb steers were steady to 10.00 lower. Heifer trade saw 600 -700 lb calves steady to 5.00 lower with 800 lb yearlings 5.00 - 7.00 higher. New crop calves sold with a lower undertone today. Available today were many load lots of yearling steers and heifers. Also many reputation, home raised, green new crop calves. Demand was very good for today's moderate offering with active internet bidding. Trade was active.
