Compared to last week: Steers under 700 lbs. steady to 2.00 higher, over 800 lbs 5.00 lower. Flesh conditions contributed to the price decrease in the heavier weights. Heifer 500-700 lbs, comprised of the bulk of the heifer supply and sold mostly steady to 1.00 higher. Today's offering consisted of several larger lots of long time weaned, double vaccinated cattle. Buyers continued to shy away from short weaned cattle, as a mix of winter weather condition is in the forecast to hit late Friday into Saturday.
