Compared to last week: Trade activity and demand were moderate to good. Feeder steers and heifers under 650 lbs traded mostly 2.00 to 6.50 higher while those over 600 lbs did not have enough comparable trades to accurately trend, though a firm undertone was noted. Today's offering consisted of a mix of yearlings coming off grass and calves ranging from a single round of spring shots to those having multiple rounds and being pre-conditioned. The next available report will be available on the regular Wednesday schedule on November 6, 2019.
