Compared to last week: Trade activity and demand were good. Steers calves under 700 lbs traded 2.00 to 6.00 higher and steers over 700 lbs were too thinly tested to trend. Heifer calves under 550 lbs traded 1.00 to 5.00 higher while those over 550 lbs were steady to 2.50 lower. Slaughter cows were 1.00 to 3.00 lower. Replacement cattle were too light to test. The next available report will be November 09, 2022.
