Compared to last week: Trade activity and demand moderate to good. Today's run comprised of calves weaned 14-60 days, most preconditioned with vaccination programs ranging from shots just at springtime to spring/fall shots. Feeder steers weighing between 400 to 750 lbs traded 1.50 to 12.50 higher. All other weight ranges were too thinly tested to accurately trend. Feeder heifers under 600 lbs traded steady to 5.75 higher on a light test. There were not enough trades over 600 lbs for a comparison. The next available report will be Friday, November 8, 2019.
