Compared to the last sale: Dairy feeder steers sold firm, mostly 10.00 to 15.00 higher. Dairy feeder heifers under 550 sold mostly steady, and the light test of heifers over 1000 lbs sold with firm undertone - no comparison available for dairy feeder heifers 550-1000 lbs. Trade activity, demand and attendance were moderate to good. Offerings consisted mostly of average to attractive quality Holsteins and crossbred cattle. Today's sale took the place of the July sale, and the next Monthly Dairy Feeder sale will take place Monday, August 01, 2022.
