Comparted to last week: Feeder steers under 400lbs 2.00-4.00 lower, 400-600lbs 10.00-15.00 lower, over 800lbs 15.00 higher. Feeder heifers sold 10.00-15.00 lower. Supply was light with good demand on steers over 800lbs and moderate on other classes with a light test in some classes. There were two very large lots in the auction today. 60 steers weighing 900lbs sold for 338.75/cwt. The other lot was 120 steers weighing 828 sold for 348.10/cwt. Not enough to establish a trend for slaughter cows and bulls.
