Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold 7.00 - 10.00 higher. Feeder heifers sold 4.00- 12.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold 2.00 higher. The prevac sale had a good offering of weaned cattle and it is reflected in the Value Added cattle. The quality of weekly sale cattle was average to good. Buyer participation was good on all classes of cattle, with most high demand on the weaned cattle. Next week on 11-9-23 there will be a special bull sale in conjunction with the weekly sale.
