Compared to last week, supply was up with a mixed offering of both weaned and unweaned calves. Feeder steers sold on an uneven test, with prices varying across weight classes and quality. On a stronger test, feeder heifers and bulls traded $5.00-$10.00 higher. Demand for feeder cattle remains strong, though there were softer undertones noted on unweaned calves. Slaughter cattle were under pressure this week, trading $5.00 to $10.00 lower.
