Compared to last week, with all the rain, supply was held back a little more than expected. 400 -600 lb steers and heifers sold $10.00-$15.00 lower on a light test with slightly plainer offerings this week. The largest draft of the day was 70 head of value-added heifers weighing 761lb that sold for 288.50. Demand seemed to be stronger on 6 and 7 weight feeders this week, but comparables from last week were too light to call a trend. Slaughter cattle sold steady on a light test.
