Compared to last week, with the rain and high school graduations going on in the surrounding areas, supply was light, but quality was not. With some good offerings on weaned calves this week, steers and heifers both sold $20.00-$30.00 higher. One stand-out group of weaned steers,weighing 522lbs, sold for 427.50cwt. Demand was strong.
